MILAN PCG conducts mobile consular services in Modena

altThe Philippine Consulate General in Milan, in coordination with the Community of Filipinos in Modena (COFILMO), held mobile consular services in the city of Modena last Sunday, 18 March 2012. Over 300 applicants from Italy’s Emilia Romagna region, about two hours from Milan by car, availed of the various consular services. One hundred ninety two (192)passport applications and ninety three (93) notarial services were processed.

Also included in the service was the OAV registration.  There were 36 applicants who registered.  As of 23 March 2012, 2,460 OAV registrants have been recorded by PCG Milan.

The consular team was led by Consul Gerardo P. Abiog together with eight (8) PCG Milan personnel. Joining the consulate team were the representatives of POLO, OWWA, Pag-Ibig and SSS presented their respective agencies’ services. The team and applicants were ably assisted by volunteers from COFILMO.
