IF YOU WANT TO BE RICH, DO NOT ASK FOR A RAISE IN SALARY

WORK HARD, EARN, SAVE, INVEST AND SPEND WISELY. THIS IS THE HABIT OF RICH AND SUCCESSFUL PEOPLE.

Ganito ba ang nangyayari sa iyo? Tanggap ng sweldo, Bayad ng Utang, Gastos ng Natira, Trabaho then Tanggap uli ng Sweldo, then ulit na naman and so on and so forth. We call this as "Rat Race" kung saan ang daga ay paikot-ikot lamang ang habol sakeso at hindi maka-alis sa cycle o paikot-ikot na buhay ng Sweldo-Bayad-Utang.

You work hard and yet you feel that you are still in debt and your income is still insufficient for you. To some, the solution is to ask for a raise in their salaries from their employer. Sabi ni Robert Kiyosaki sa kanyang librong "Retire Rich and Retire Young", "if you want to get rich, don't ask for a raise. Instead of asking for a raise, begin to ask how you can serve more people. In fact, if you are serious about becoming rich, you don't really want a raise.  "Most people are not aware that there is good income and bad income, and most people do not become rich because they work hard for bad income. When you ask for a raise, you ask an increase in bad income. If you want to retire young and retire rich, you need to work hard for the right kind of income."

Isa lang ang sinasabi ni Robert Kiyosaki, if you want to be rich or increase your earning capacity, do not rely too much in your salary or wages from your employer. This is because we concentrate on our active income and not in our passive income. There are two kinds of income pala. YOU CANNOT WORK 24 HOURS A DAY. PARA PALAKIHIN MO ANG EARNING CAPACITY MO, YOU HAVE TO SAVE MONEY IN ORDER THAT MONEY WILL WORK FOR YOU AT DITO PUMAPASOK ANG PASSIVE INCOME. We have to change our attitude about our income. We have to work hard for our passive income, which will increase our earning capacity.

FOR YOU" katulad stocks, mutual funds, T-Bills at time deposits.

Our financial freedom starts with the change of right attitude earning and managing our money. By having financial freedom and the right attitude in earning and managing your money, we could both be rich and happy.

CHANGE OUR ATTITUDE ON HOW WE EARN AND HOW TO USE OUR INCOME, AND WE WILL BE BOTH RICH AND HAPPY.
